Katherine Bowling

Born in 1955 in Washington D.C., Katherine Bowling studied at Virginia Commonwealth University, graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 1978. She has been a recipient of a National Endowment Artists Fellowship and a New York State Foundation for the Arts Fellowship. She splits her time between Manhattan and upstate New York. Bowling, with collaborating printers, Alexa Burns and Chris Armijo, created two 4-color lithographs, “Trees” and “Trees II” at the Tamarind Institute in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
