His work is in the collections of Vanderbilt University, Tigerman McCurry, and the Tennessee State Museum. He is a practicing architect,AIA. My work attempts to reconcile the idea that art exists best as both object and landscape; to strive for harmony between being a focal point and existing as texture; to depict things hovering in context, like a favorite song humming in the background, a discrete and powerful presence and still a favorite, as an Impressionist might paint it, blurred but still fully formed.
