Gay Cioffi

Gay Cioffi studied art at the Museum School of Fine Arts in Boston, in conjunction with her Masters Degree from Tufts University. Her studies include a semester at Rosary College in Florence, Italy and at the Corcoran School of Fine Arts in Washington, DC. She has a Bachelors Degree from the Pennsylvania State University.

Her work has been exhibited at the National Museum of Women in the Arts in Washington, DC, the Silver Eye Gallery in Pittsburgh, the Woman Made Gallery in Chicago, the Gallery of the Catholic University Cultural Center in Lima, Peru, in conjunction with the Corcoran Museum of Art, the Ralls Collection, the American Institute of Architects, the Embassy of Peru and 57N Fine Arts in Washington, DC.

Ms. Cioffi has exhibited work at the United States Embassy in Albania through the US Department of State, Art in Embassies Program. Her abstract images of sculptor Bret Price’s work, were recently on view at the Dayton Art Institute in Dayton, Ohio.

Her work is part of the permanent collection of the DC Arts and Humanities Commission in Washington, DC, the Dayton Art Institute, the Long Beach Museum of Art and the Las Vegas Museum of Art.
