Henry Caso Marshall

Henry Caso Marshall, a native of Washington, D.C., studied religion, communications and psychology, as well as art. Working as a senior artist in the Department of Health of the District of Columbia, Marshall also pursued a career as a professional artist, having five one-person exhibitions at various venues by 1975. He was particularly active in the African-American consciousness raising movement of the 1960s and 70s. His works include a wide variety of media, including paintings, drawings and prints.
