Joshua Meyer

Joshua Meyer has displayed his intensely painted works internationally, notably in “Tohu VaVohu,” a major exhibition at Hebrew College, and “Becoming,” which travelled from Yale to NYU, as well as at the Dolby Chadwick Gallery in San Francisco.

Born in Lubbock, Texas, Joshua Meyer now paints in Cambridge, Massachusetts. A graduate of Yale University and the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Jerusalem, he has been recognized with numerous awards and honors, including a Pollock-Krasner fellowship (2008) and a MCC Painting fellowship (2010).

“Every piece emerges from struggle and re-evaluation,” according to Professor Sharrona Pearl, “producing arresting and original images that pulse with life.”
