Marc Lipp specializes in mixed-media graffiti paintings on canvas and metal, blending traditional craftsmanship with street art influences. His work draws on social movements, pop culture, and global events. “Art has always been a central force in my life—it’s how I process the world around me…When I paint, I’m not just creating an image, I’m responding to a moment,” he says.
Lipp began drawing and painting at an early age, later discovering airbrushing and applying it across a range of surfaces. He attended the Pratt Institute, New York, where he studied composition, color theory, sculpture, and design. Though classically trained, Lipp developed a practice that spanned custom graphics on automobiles, two-dimensional pop art, and lacquered bronze sculptures.
