Rick Dickinson

I paint what I paint how I paint it. Let me splash down spots of bold color, capturing the impression that nature’s light presents so completely the muse is pleased, hoping without too much concern that others may find some bit of value in my practice. The appeal, the challenge, the joy and the frustration come when the results never quite match the anticipation, but my truth is that’s just as it should be. I hope the two never meet, for then the learning may stop and the game may be over.
