Zahui Yvann

Zahui Yvann began his art career at fifteen years old, studying filmmaking and multimedia computer graphics in Abidjan. Inspired by Afrofuturism—an art movement that addresses Black themes in the context of twentieth century technoculture and science fiction—Yvann’s artistic technique expresses his African identity and focuses on the harsh realities faced by the current generation.
